If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at brighton.echo@irfn.org and provide us with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.

Please note that all purchases must be picked up at the designated time and place advertised by the anomaly organization. It is the responsibility of the client to check their order when they pick it up. If you notice any issues with your order, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
